The predecessor of Beijing Sichengyuan Consultancy Co. Ltd is Beijing Fengruifa Information Consultancy. The name change occurred in 2003.
  Since its founding, through every colleague’s hard work and courageous and innovative explorations, the company has formed its own business concept, brand name, and management, service and technical teams.
  Although we are not omnipotent, every worker in this company and the consulting work force standing behind us will cater to you and others with similar needs, to the best of our abilities. For years, we have worked for about a thousand people across China, successfully aiding them in their efforts to transform their own concepts and life trajectories. With our help, some have settled down in cities and succeeded in new careers, some have improved on their identities and become teachers or civil servants, while others have realized their dreams for going to universities, or shifted from a downtrodden fate since their failure years ago to gain entry to a university to a new life as a graduate student working toward a master’s degree, etc. We have also helped several companies change their mindsets and strategies, break out of their cul-de-sacs and transform their images.
